What needs to noted here is that getting just an offer from OEM - is no way going to help you set up a project. You will need to make a complete business plan (BP) - Only then will you be able to figure out the complete picture of the various costs involved for starting a project for manufacture of clay bricks / blocks.

Also a BP give you vairious information, like balance sheet, profitability, ROI, BEP, the optimum production matrix for higher profitilitity, manufacturing cost, raw materials cost, thermal energy cost, electrical energy costs and so on.
